Why Am I Reaching Out?
With the passage of City of Yes and recent reforms to the City Charter, fewer housing projects will go through ULURP. This means that community boards and community based organizations will need to adapt their strategies for ensuring that new developments meet community needs, so your perspective and input is critical to our work.
We'd love for you and your board members to complete this short survey by April 15th. Your responses will directly inform recommendations to DCP on improving the design review process. There is also an open-ended section at the end for any additional thoughts.
We would also appreciate it if you could share this survey with your broader membership and community. We’ve attached a flyer that you can share on social media or in your newsletter if you would like to participate. The more voices we hear from across neighborhoods, the more useful our recommendations to DCP will be, and the stronger the case will be for giving communities a seat at the table in design decisions.

Welcome

neighborhoods, so you can influence how future buildings
look, feel, and serve your community. Fill out the community
survey to share your opinions on affordable housing design!
